States Restricting High GWP Refrigerants

California and New York have implemented laws accelerating the phase out of high GWP refrigerants.
R-404a and R-507 service must be done using reclaimed refrigerant.
New York has issued guidance that they are not going to enforce this law until November 2026

A2L Refrigerant Recovery Cylinder
